About the race
The GRIT+TONIC.com Triathlon: Mamzar Race 1 is a beachfront triathlon held in Dubai at Mamzar Beach Park. The event combines open water swimming in the calm bay, a bike leg on double lane roads closed in both directions to traffic, and a running route inside the park adjacent to the beach. Lifeguards are present for the swim and aid stations are available on course. Race options include individual entries and relay teams of two or three athletes.
Race services include a race village with on-site packet pick-up, live results and timing, event staff, music, and refreshments. Participants receive a certificate, a medal, and a GRIT+TONIC.com shirt. Registration closes on 25 October 2026 at 12:00 AM or sooner if places sell out. Cancellations and category changes are accepted up to 17 October 2026 at 11:59 PM or sooner if the event sells out.
The organiser publishes event information and course maps in downloadable race documents. The course is described as spectator friendly with sea views and palm tree lined roads.
