About the race
Battle Cancer Dubai is a team-of-four fitness fundraising challenge held at The Sevens Stadium in Dubai. Teams take part in a 90-minute competition that combines endurance, strength, and teamwork across three zones and nine stations. Each station is completed as five minutes of maximum repetitions followed by four minutes of rest while teams rotate across the floor.
Two divisions are offered: Challenge (standard) and Compete (advanced). Fundraising is encouraged though not mandatory. The event suggests a minimum fundraising target of AED 250 per athlete and requires all fundraising to be processed through YallaGive to comply with UAE regulations. Event services and on-site features include an athlete t-shirt for tickets purchased before 12 November, a finishers patch, access to free event photos, a Battle Prep training plan, a warm-up zone, a recovery area, and DJ and MC support during heats. Spectator entry is free.
There are no changing rooms or shower facilities on site. Logistics notes state that the nearest metro station is Sobha Realty, about a 10-minute walk from the venue, and that parking directions use Skydive Dubai as a destination point. The workout uses movements such as Bike Erg, Row Erg, Ski Erg, box jump overs, hand-release push-ups, sit-ups, sandbag squats, dumbbell devil's press, and deadlifts.
