Event overview
The GRIT+TONIC.com Mamzar Triathlon takes place in Dubai on Sunday, 22 March 2026. The event includes open water swimming, road cycling and running on a beachfront course at Mamzar Beach Park. The swim is held in the calm waters of the bay and is staffed by lifeguards. The bike course uses double lane roads closed to traffic in both directions. The run follows a designated route inside the park adjacent to the beach. Relay entries for teams of two or three athletes are permitted.
