Greg Stone Memorial Pancake Run 2026
The Greg Stone Memorial Pancake Run returns for its 14th year in Anniston, Alabama. This annual event functions as a fundraiser for a Missions Ministry, with proceeds supporting international community work. The race takes place on a course located behind the Parker Memorial Baptist Church.
Participants can register for the following distance:
- 5 km
The event features a registration structure including individual age group categories and a triple play option for multiple races. The first 100 registered runners are provided with an official race shirt and a ticket for the local Kiwanis Pancake event held the following week.
Awards are presented to the top three overall male and female finishers in the form of pancake flippers. For age group categories, medals are awarded to participants in brackets ranging from under 19 to 70 and over. Age divisions include 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, and 60-69. The event is organized by the Anniston Lions Club and is hosted on the grounds of the Parker Memorial Baptist Church on Quintard Avenue.
