Greensburg YMCA Annual Indoor Triathlon

The Greensburg YMCA Annual Indoor Triathlon takes place in Greensburg, Pennsylvania on April 11, 2026, at 101 South Maple Ave. The event is entirely indoors and uses the YMCA pool, cycle studio, and treadmills. The minimum age to participate is 15 years.

Individual registration is listed at $40. Race day individual registration is listed at $55. Participants who register by March 27 are guaranteed a shirt; later registrations are handled on a first come, first served basis.

Distances for the three segments are:

Swim: 400 yards (16 lengths) in the indoor pool
Bike: 9 miles on an indoor stationary bike
Run: 2 miles on an indoor treadmill

The triathlon is scored by total time, adding each segment time into one final time. Time caps and transition allowances are specified: a 15-minute cap for the swim, a 30-minute cap for the bike, a 30-minute cap for the run, and two 5-minute transition periods between disciplines.
