The Great NOSH Footrace
The event is a trail run of 15 km that starts at Forestville Park, runs to and around Manly Dam, and returns to Forestville Park. The 2026 edition uses an all new course layout. Timing is electronic using SI stick devices and a course map is provided.
Control checkpoints are used along the course. If a participant fails to register any control on their SI timing stick the result will be recorded as MP, meaning a missed punch and not recognised as completing the course.
Runners are asked to be self sufficient for hydration and nutrition. Water is provided at the Start/Finish area and at the Manly Dam picnic area around the halfway point.
A sweep follows the back of the field to monitor runners and enforce cut off procedures. Participants who fall behind the sweep may be recorded as DNF if they do not complete the course before the event closes. Runners should inform a marshal or the organiser if they need assistance or cannot continue. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
