The Great NOSH Footrace
The Great NOSH Footrace is Australia's longest-running trail run, held in Middle Harbour, Sydney. Celebrating its 50th anniversary, the event offers multiple distances: the classic 14km course from Lindfield to Forestville, a challenging 30km XL NOSH route starting and finishing at Forestville, and shorter 5km and 3km options. The courses traverse natural bush tracks with rugged terrain, including roots, rocks, and mud, providing scenic views of Middle Harbour and Garigal National Park.
Runners are encouraged to be self-sufficient for hydration and nutrition. The event emphasizes safety with cut-off times and a sweep following the last runner, ensuring a well-organized and challenging trail running experience. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
