About the race
The Revive Active Great Ireland Run 2027 is a road race held in Phoenix Park, Dublin, organised under licence by Dublin City Harriers. The event is staged over a measured 10k course that runs largely through the park and passes landmarks such as Chesterfield Avenue, the Furry Glen and its lake, the Papal Cross, the Phoenix Monument and Aras an Uachtarain. The course description notes a mix of flat sections and short hills and includes a water station around the halfway point.
All finishers receive a commemorative medallion; entrants can optionally purchase a race T‑shirt. The published entry fee for 2027 is Euro 30 and includes number postage to an Irish address, a digital finish certificate, live result notification to a phone, a short finish video and the finishers medallion. The minimum age on race day is 18. Walkers may enter. The course will remain open for 2 hours 30 minutes subject to Garda clearance.
Event services listed include full medical cover provided by St John Ambulance with a medical doctor in attendance, a covered secure bag drop, a large bike parking area, and substantial restroom provision. For safety reasons buggies and dogs are not permitted. Headphones may be worn but competitors are asked to wait until the start for use. The organisers describe a sustainability programme covering renewable medallions, recycled T‑shirts, decomposable water packaging and reduced single use plastic.
