Course Details

The 2026 edition will feature a newly measured course route through Phoenix Park, details of which will be announced in September 2025. The start line is on Chesterfield Avenue. The route passes landmarks including the Papal Cross, the American Ambassador's residence, the Phoenix monument, and Áras an Uachtaráin. A water station is situated at approximately the halfway point. The course will be open for 2 hours and 30 minutes and is open to walkers. The minimum age for participants is 18 on race day.

Registration and Logistics

The basic entry fee is €28. This includes race entry, a race number posted to an Irish address, a finisher's medallion, a digital certificate, live result notification, and a short finish-line video. An optional race T-shirt can be purchased separately. Race number collection is available on Saturday, 11 April, for overseas participants. The event has a strict no-refund policy, but number transfers to another person may be possible. There is no qualifying standard required for entry.

Amenities and Sustainability

A covered and secure bag drop, a bike park, and restrooms will be available in a tented village area. Full medical facilities will be provided by St John Ambulance. The event organizers run a sustainability program, which in previous years included medallions made from wood, T-shirts from recycled materials, water in decomposable Tetra Pak containers, battery-powered systems, and the use of recycled materials for race numbers.
