Great Bison Shuffle
Great Bison Shuffle is a trail run and walk at the Terry Bison Ranch near Cheyenne, Wyoming on September 26, 2026. The event is organized by Bighorn Racing and supports the Cheyenne Regional Medical Center Foundation.
The course follows buffalo trails and prairie pasture and includes a short rocky hill referred to as "The Terry Bison Incline". The trail terrain is described as scenic and at times challenging. Proceeds from the event will be used to purchase new exercise equipment for the Cardiac and Pulmonary Rehab programs.

- Half Marathon (13.1 mi)
- 10K
- 5K
- 2K Walk
- Kids Run
All registrants in the Half Marathon, 10K, 5K, and 2K Walk receive the official 2026 Great Bison Shuffle T-Shirt while supplies last. A free post race breakfast is provided. Packet pickup is available early at the CRMC Foundation Offices and on race day. Registered price range shown is $22.85 to $92.24 including booking fee.
Volunteer roles are available; confirmed volunteers from CRMC receive 5000 Personify Health Points. Volunteers are given a t-shirt for the day, should wear closed toe shoes, dress for the weather, and may be asked to work outdoors for the morning. The event runs rain or shine.
