Great Bentley Friday 5 : 3 July 2026
This event is the Great Bentley round of the Friday 5 Series, a summer series of six open races of approximately five miles held on Friday evenings. The Great Bentley race starts and finishes at Great Bentley Village Hall with nearby parking by the village green that will be signposted and marshalled. There is no participant parking at the village hall itself. A temporary road closure for the junior race on Weeley Road may affect access to the main car park.

- 5 miles main race
- 1 km junior race for school years 4 and below
- 2 km junior race for school years 5 and above
Entry fees for the main race are listed as £16 for members of UKA affiliated clubs and £18 for non members. The race limit is 500. Organisers state that refunds are not available and that self service transfers are possible. Entries are handled online and the closing date or any changes are determined by the online entry system.
The main course is UKA measured, flat and suitable for wheelchairs. Race features include chip timing, marshals, water stations, first aid, baggage storage and mementos for all finishers. Music devices including bone conduction headphones are not allowed. The junior races are off road with marshals, water available and a memento for finishers.
