Freedom Run/Walk 5K in Bigfork
The Freedom Run/Walk 5K takes place on July 4, 2027 at Lake Baked, 191 Mill Street, Bigfork, Montana. The event is organized by the Rotary Club of Bigfork and is open to all ages and abilities. It is scheduled before Bigfork's Fourth of July parade.
The course uses the scenic Wild Mile Nature Trail. Competitive timing for the start and finish is located at Lake Baked.
Registration information from the organizer lists a registration fee of $25.00. Registration opens July 9, 2026 and closes July 4, 2027. Registrants who register by June 1 are guaranteed a shirt and size.
Proceeds benefit Grateful Nation Montana, Bigfork High School partially funded sport programs, and other Rotary Club of Bigfork projects. Grateful Nation Montana provides educational scholarships for children of Montana fallen service members and partners with related foundations.
