Grassroots Gardens 5K / 10K / 15K : Niagara Falls, NY
Grassroots Gardens offers three measured road races along the upper Niagara River, all starting and finishing at LaSalle Waterfront Park. Distances follow USATF certified course maps and feature riverfront scenery near LaSalle Vineyard and Community Garden.

- 15K run as an out-and-back 5K followed by the 10K out-and-back
Two water stations will be located near the 5K and 10K turnarounds. Park restrooms will be available and a portable toilet will be placed at the 10K turnaround. Packet pickup and race day registration take place at LaSalle Waterfront Park prior to the race. Limited parking is available at the park with additional spaces at LaSalle Vineyard and on nearby side streets.
Online registration remains open through race day or until sold out. Entry fees listed are $35 for the 5K, $40 for the 10K, and $45 for the 15K. Mail-in registration requires both the race waiver and the USATF liability waiver and must be received by 6-26-26. Participants who register by 6-19-26 are guaranteed a 2026 event shirt in their chosen size.
Trophies will be presented to the top male and female in each distance and age group winners will be recognized. Professional electronic timing is provided and results and finish line photos are made available after the race. A post race celebration at LaSalle Vineyard and Community Garden will include music, light food and bottled water; participants may bring their own beverages. The organizers reserve the right to reschedule or convert the event to virtual if necessary; there are no refunds. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
