The course map includes loop and aid station locations.
The 100 mile distance lists about 4,000 feet of elevation gain and is described as nontechnical. The 100 mile cutoff is 30 hours. The 15K has a 3.5 hour cutoff. Cutoff times for the 50 mile, marathon and half marathon are described as generous.
Runners receive a soft race shirt and finishers earn hardware by distance. 100 mile entrants who register before the shirt order cutoff may receive a long sleeve shirt. 100 mile finishers earn a sub 20, a sub 24, or a finisher buckle, and finishers in other distances receive distance specific medals.
Volunteers earn race credits that can be applied to future Blaze Trails events. The event offers a tiered race credit policy for cancellations based on how far in advance the cancellation is made. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
