Grape Escape Night - Knightdale
The event takes place on April 19, 2026, in Knightdale, North Carolina. It features a 1.7 miles community run with a purple theme; participants are encouraged to wear shades of purple such as lavender, lilac, plum, or violet. The run is followed by a team grape toss challenge and an optional post-run meetup with location to be determined.
The grape toss challenge is organized in teams of two. One teammate is blindfolded while the other teammate tosses grapes toward the blindfolded partner’s mouth. Teams take turns tossing and catching. The team that successfully eats the most grapes wins a prize.
Registration is open from March 22, 2026 through April 18, 2026 and carries no registration fee. For safety, the exact run location will be emailed to registered participants 12 hours before the event.
