Grange Fair 5K Run/Walk
The Grange Fair 5K Run/Walk takes place on August 22, 2026 at the Grange Fairgrounds, 169 Homan Lane, Centre Hall, PA. The event is organized by Left Right Repeat LLC and presented by Encompass Health of Nittany Valley. Participants are asked to enter through Gate 4 and proceed to the Grandstand area.
This is a timed 5K (3.1 miles) around the fairgrounds and is open to runners and walkers of all ages. The event uses Falcon Race Timing for official results. Organizers note this is the sixth year of the event and aim for 300 participants in 2026. Spectators and campers along the route may provide on-course encouragement.
Registration pricing and key on-site arrangements are listed by the organizer. Registration fees are $20 for registrations made by August 10 and $25 after August 16; online registration closes August 16 at 10:00pm. Packet pickup and live signup are scheduled for Thursday, August 20 from 6:00 to 8:00pm at Gate 2 of the Grange Fair; cash and checks payable to Left Right Repeat LLC are accepted at that pickup. Registered participants receive free admission to the Grange Fair for the rest of the day and parking during the 5K event.
Awards are provided for the top three male and top three female overall finishers and for top male and female in age categories: 10 and under, 11 to 15, 16 to 20, 21 to 29, 30 to 39, 40 to 49, 50 to 59, and 60 plus. There is additional recognition for the oldest and youngest finishers, excluding a baby in a stroller. A comfortable sports tech short sleeve T-shirt is guaranteed for the first 250 registered participants; extra shirts are available after the race on a first come basis.
