Event overview

ATW Grafham Water - Trail & Canicross is scheduled for 6 December 2026 at Grafham Water Visitor Centre, PE28 0BH. The event offers a 10 mile trail run that circumnavigates the reservoir. The route starts on the dam, passes through the Woodland Nature Reserve, goes by Dragonfly Pond and Sanctuary Bay, and finishes with the final mile along the dam wall. The event is open to entrants aged 17 and over on the event date. The organiser is Active Training World.

Canicross, logistics and fees

A Canicross wave is offered for participants running with dogs. Canicross entrants must use a recognised dog harness and keep dogs on leads; the Canicross field will start in a separate wave for safety. Dog bowls will be provided at water stations and dog treats at the finish. Camping at Lakeview Paddock and dormitory-style accommodation at Grafham Water centre are available for the night before the event. The listed entry prices are £28 for the 10 mile trail run and £33 for the 10 mile Canicross. The event partner charity is Alzheimer’s Research UK. ATW’s policy allows transfers to a future ATW event up to 48 hours before the event; refunds and transfers to another person are not offered.
