Gowran AC 4 Mile Road Race 2026
The event is a 4 mile road race starting in Gowran and finishing in Dunbell in County Kilkenny. The route runs between the two villages and is described as scenic. The race incorporates the Kilkenny Novice Road Championship 2026 and includes both individual and team elements within that championship.
Overall prizes are provided for the first three male and the first three female finishers. Medals will be awarded to the first three male and the first three female individuals and to teams in the novice championship. After the race there will be refreshments and a prize giving at Connollys of Dunbell. A bus is available to return participants to Gowran after the event.
