Gower Ultra 50, Ultra Bach & Trail Race
The Gower Ultra 50, Ultra Bach, and Trail Race are three long-distance trail running events held in the Gower Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB) in Wales. Following the Wales Coast Path, the races showcase stunning beaches, bays, coves, farmland, and fishing villages. The Ultra 50 covers a full 50-mile circumnavigation of the Gower peninsula, while the Ultra Bach (34 miles) and Trail Race (23 miles) cover sections of this route.
The course features a mix of coastal cliffs, flat paths, woodland, and beach running, with well-stocked checkpoints, GPS navigation, and strong community support.
