Gourdy's Pumpkin Run is a themed 5K (about 3.1 miles) held at Veteran's Memorial Park in Manchester, New Hampshire on October 3, 2026. The course runs along tree-lined paths with river views and October foliage, combining city energy and natural scenery and finishing back at the park.
Registration includes entry to the 5K run or walk, a lightweight tech hoodie, a finisher's medal, a commemorative bib, chip timing, a cup of apple cider, a small pumpkin, and access to an online community for pre-race engagement. Results are posted shortly after the race.
Tiered pricing applies during the registration period, with example tiers listed for planning: May 14–July 12 $44, July 13–August 23 $55, August 24–September 20 $60, and September 21–October 3 $65. Team registration is available; teams of four or more receive a $5 savings per team member.
The event uses wave starts organized by expected pace. Wave A is for faster runners (example pace 8:30 per mile and under); Wave F is for solo walkers and Wave G is for walker groups. A Tough Pumpkin challenge offers participants the option to run carrying a pumpkin and earn an additional Tough Pumpkin medal alongside the regular finisher medal.
