Gourdy's Pumpkin Run in Cincinnati takes place on October 31, 2026, at Sawyer Point Park & Yeatman's Cove, 705 E Pete Rose Way. The event features a 5K (3.1 miles) course that starts and finishes at the park and follows the riverfront road with continuous views of the Ohio River. Team registration is available: the first person to register creates the team and becomes the team captain, and each team member saves $5 on their registration while still being able to register and pay individually.
Participants may walk or run; about one third of participants choose to walk. Two waves are dedicated for walkers - one for solo walkers and one for walking groups - and waves generally group people by expected pace. Packet pick-up is offered the night before and on race morning. Parking is available in nearby garages, surface lots, and meters.
