Gourdy's Pumpkin Run - Cincinnati
Gourdy's Pumpkin Run in Cincinnati is scheduled for October 31, 2026 at Sawyer Point Park and Yeatman's Cove, 705 E Pete Rose Way, Cincinnati, OH 45202. The event is organized as a 5K (3.1 miles) that starts and finishes at the park and follows the riverfront road with the Ohio River in view along the entire route.
The course is described as flat with open sightlines and peak fall foliage in late October. About one third of participants choose to walk; two waves are dedicated for walkers, including a wave for solo walkers and a wave for groups walking together. Waves group participants by expected pace; Wave A is designated for paces of 8:30 per mile and faster.
Race kit items include a hoodie and a finisher medal. The finish area at the park will offer apple cider and a medal photo opportunity. Registration prices increase over time: Jan 2–Jan 18 $39, Jan 19–Jul 12 $44, Jul 13–Sep 20 $49, Sep 21–Oct 18 $54, and Oct 19–Oct 31 $59; listed prices include platform and processing fees.
Team registration is available; the first person creates the team and becomes the team captain. Each team member receives a $5 savings on registration. Packet pickup is available the night before at the park or on race morning. Parking is in nearby garages, surface lots, and meters.
