Gopher to Badger Races : August 7, 2027
The Gopher to Badger event offers three measured road race distances that start in the Stillwater, Minnesota area and finish in Hudson, Wisconsin, crossing the I‑94 bridge over the St. Croix River. Distances are USA Track & Field certified and sanctioned.

Runners receive a gender-specific premium cotton blend shirt, collectible finisher medals that form a seasonal set, and personalized race bibs (up to 10 characters, deadlines apply). Timing and results are provided by Mtec Results with chip and gun times, video finish, and free race photos. Participant tracking is available through the Run Stillwater app. There are staffed water stations with water and Gatorade, restroom facilities at each start and at about two-mile intervals, bag drop at each start location, pacers for the half marathon, and a selfie clock at the finish showing name and time.
Additional amenities include finish line recovery food and beverages, shower facilities at River Valley Athletic Club for registered runners, and keepsake age group awards mailed to top three finishers in each age group. Course certification numbers are provided for each distance: Half MN26020MAB, 10K MN26018MAB, 5K MN26019MAB.
Packet pickup and in-person registration are scheduled the day before the race and on race morning at locations to be determined. The event also includes a kids fun run contained within Lakefront Park with a short course and a finisher medal. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
