Goblin Run
Goblin Run is an annual Halloween running event in downtown Bentonville held on October 31, 2026. The event includes a timed 5K and a Kids Half Mile fun run and takes place around the Bentonville Square.
Distances:
- 5K timed run, includes a shirt and finisher medal.
- Kids Half Mile fun run, includes a shirt.
The event features a costume contest with prizes for children and adults; winners must be present to claim prizes. Dogs are not allowed on the race course for safety reasons. All registered runners receive a race shirt and a finisher medal where applicable.
Registration is listed as $35 for the 5K with a higher fee at packet pickup; the Kids Fun Run fee is listed as $15. Registrants who want a guaranteed shirt are advised to register by September 29, 2026.
Packet pickup is held at McLarty Daniel Buick GMC on October 29 and October 30, with packet information provided at pickup. Race packets include a bib with an attached timing chip; the chip should remain attached to the bib and the bib should be visible on the front of the runner’s outermost layer.
Awards are given by gender and age group, including overall top finishers, masters (age 50 and over), and age-group podiums, with awards based on gun time. Volunteers serve as course marshals and in finish-area roles. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
