Goblin Run in Bentonville
Goblin Run is an annual Halloween running event in downtown Bentonville that includes a timed 5K and a kids fun run. The event features a costume contest for both children and adults, with prizes for best costume; winners must be present to receive prizes. Dogs are not allowed on the race course due to safety concerns.
Race entries include a shirt for participants and a finisher medal for 5K runners. Registration information lists a base fee with a higher fee at packet pickup. Registration by September 28, 2027 guarantees a shirt. Packet pickup takes place at McLarty Daniel Buick GMC on October 28 and October 29 from 8:00am to 6:00pm.
Awards are given to the top three male and female finishers overall, top male and female masters age 50 and over, and top three male and female finishers in multiple age groups from 14 and under through 70 and over. All awards are based on gun time. Race bibs include timing chips that should remain attached to the bib; bibs should be affixed visibly to the front of the outermost layer with safety pins.
There are several free public parking lots throughout downtown Bentonville.
