Go For the Gold Rochester (34th annual)
Go For the Gold Rochester is a fundraiser for Brighter Tomorrows, Inc., a non-profit outreach supporting families affected by childhood cancer. The event is scheduled for October 31, 2026 in the Cascade Lakeside Building area and Zumbro Park West, 88 23rd Ave SW, Rochester, MN.
The event offers both in-person and virtual options and includes a program of races and a family walk:
- Kids races: 50, 100, 200, 400 meters (ages 2 to 12)
- 3K Family Walk
- 5K run (chip timed)
- 10K run
- 5K and 10K virtual race options
Reduced registration fees apply for children 12 and under and for seniors; children 12 and under are listed at $15 and seniors at $20 where shown. Race bag pickup is scheduled for October 30; registrants by October 1 are listed to receive a race shirt in their designated size, and later registrants may have limited shirt availability. Race registration is also available at race bag pickup, and race bags may be mailed for an additional shipping and handling fee.
