Glow So We Can Go 5K Glow Run and 2 Mile Walk
This event is held at Bonita Lakes Park in Meridian, Mississippi. It includes a 5K run, a 2 mile walk and a fun run. Routes are provided for the 5K run and the 2 mile walk.
All proceeds from the event will help to raise funds to build a church.
Awards are presented for the 5K run with overall female and overall male winners, plus first through third place awards in these age groups: 0-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69 and 70 and up. The 2 mile walk recognizes the top three overall male and female finishers. The fun run recognizes the top three overall winners.
T shirts are guaranteed to participants who register by July 31. Entry fees for the 5K run and the 2 mile walk are listed as $25 for preregistration by July 20 and $30 after July 20 including race day. Fun run fees are listed as $15 until July 20 and $20 thereafter. Race day registration is available.
