Global Running Day Fun Run/Walk - Crystal Lake
This in-person event takes place on June 3, 2026 at Three Oaks Recreation Area in Crystal Lake, IL. It is organized by Running Depot with Smith Physical Therapy + and is offered free of charge. The scheduled session lasts one hour.
Participants are invited to run, walk, or combine both on the Lake Loop Trail. The Lake Loop Trail is approximately 3.4 miles and allows a full circuit around the lake. Attendees may complete as many loops as they wish during the session.
The group meets at the Boat Rental / Marina area; a blue flag will mark the meeting spot. Water and snacks will be available at the meeting area where the activity starts and finishes.
Following the run or walk, the Wellness Fest at The Quarry Cable Park will feature booths from local businesses in McHenry County. These booths are intended to provide information about products and services related to health and wellness. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
