Event format and logistics
The meeting includes two event options: a Night Lights Run and a Night Lights Walk. The run uses a two-loop route; a separate one-loop course is provided for walkers. The course will be marked with colored lights; pathways are described as easy to follow with good footing. Headlamps and flashlights are optional. Chip timing will be used with MyLaps disposable bib tags attached to bib numbers. Individual awards include overall top male and female runners and age-graded awards; there are no awards for the walking course. Randomly drawn door prizes require the winner to be present. Dirt Days tech shirts will be available for purchase from Fleet Feet for $20 while supplies last. Registration is online only with a listed fee of $23.50 and a $5 discount for participants 14 and under. There is no early packet pick up; race-day check-in is provided.
