The Glen of the Downs is a trail running event organized by the Irish Mountain Running Association, set in County Wicklow. Participants will tackle a distance of 8.15 km with a climb of 292 meters, categorized as an easy terrain race. The route is fully marked, and GPS devices are permitted.
Runners are required to carry mandatory gear, including a showerproof and windproof jacket. The event encourages carpooling due to limited parking availability. Post-race refreshments will be provided, along with a prize-giving ceremony.
