Glen Clova Half Marathon
Glen Clova Half Marathon, staged in Glen Clova, Angus, starts at the Glen Clova Hotel. The race uses an accurately measured, anticlockwise loop around the glen, offering a picturesque yet undulating course with typical Scottish weather—sunshine, sideways rain or snow. Entry is limited to 300 runners, with a 3-hour time limit and no on-the-day entries.
Chip timing by Perfect Timing provides results within 48 hours. Prizes are awarded in major categories and for club teams; finishers receive a memento, along with soup at the hotel. To reduce environmental impact, car sharing is encouraged due to limited parking.
