Girls on the Run Miami Inaugural 5K
Girls on the Run Miami Inaugural 5K is scheduled for December 13, 2026, at The Underline Urban Gym, 700 SW 1st Ave, Miami, FL 33130. The event will take place rain or shine.
The 5K serves as a celebration for girls completing their program season. Participants set individual lap goals during the season and complete the course as a milestone in the program. The organizer frames the event as part of promoting fitness and healthy habits among participants.
The course distance is 5K (3.1 Miles). Registration opens October 26, 2026, and closes December 13, 2026. The standard registration fee is $40.00. There are three registration categories: Sparkle Runners, who act as running buddies and must be 16 or older to run with and support a GOTR girl; 5K Community Runner for adults aged 13 and above; and 5K Youth Runner for children aged 12 and below. Current GOTR Miami program participants and coaches do not need to register separately because their program registration includes entry.
