Girls on the Run Heart of Missouri Spring 5K
This is the spring season celebratory 5K for Girls on the Run Heart of Missouri. The event takes place on Saturday, May 9, 2026, at Stephens Park - Gordon Shelter, 2001 E Broadway, Columbia, MO 65201. It serves as the closing 5K for the spring program and is intended to give program participants a tangible sense of accomplishment.
Packet pick-up is available for community runners and for girls and running buddies. The event includes registration for community participants with separate pricing for adults and children.
Registration pricing is provided in tiers. Early Bird through March 1, 2026: $30 for adults 13 years and up and $15 for children 6 to 12 years. General online registration from April 1, 2025 through May 8, 2026: $35 for adults 13 years and up and $15 for children 6 to 12 years. Day of event in-person registration on May 9, 2026: $40 for adults 13 years and up and $20 for children 6 to 12 years.
