GiGi's Playhouse Long Island 5K Run/Walk
GiGi's Playhouse Long Island hosts its 3rd Annual 5K Run & 321 Dash on October 4, 2026 at Shorefront Park, 49 Smith St., Patchogue, NY. The event is presented by Cirigliano Agency and CoHo Coffee House and will proceed rain or shine. Themed as a superhero event, participants are invited to wear capes, masks, or other themed apparel.
Race options include:
- 5K Run/Walk
- 1 Mile Walk
- 321 Dash for ages 12 and under
- Virtual 5K with time and photo uploads allowed October 4–11
Amenities listed for participants include live online/text/email results, free finish line photos, and personalized bibs for registrations completed three weeks before the event. Merchandise is available, including superhero race socks priced at $15 each for adults and children. Awards feature cash prizes for the top three overall men and women ($300, $200, $100), a bonus $321 for breaking the course record, age-group winners, and team recognitions.
The event benefits GiGi's Playhouse, a nonprofit 501(c)(3) that provides free educational, therapeutic, and career-development programs for individuals with Down syndrome and their families.
