Gianna's Cheers for Hope - 5K Fun Run/Walk
Gianna's Cheers for Hope holds its third annual running event at De Muro Park in Nutley, New Jersey, on Sunday, November 1, 2026. The event is presented as a community fun run and walk with options for adults and children. Registration includes a t-shirt and a water bottle; late or on-site registration is allowed but a t-shirt is not guaranteed.

- 5K / 3 mile run/walk
- 1 mile fun run for children
Light refreshments such as hot chocolate, coffee, bagels, cookies, and apple cider donuts are provided. Costumes are encouraged. The venue offers a parking lot and additional parking around the track, restrooms, a playground, seating areas, and activities for children including rock painting and cornhole.
Admission prices listed by the organizer are adults and children 12 or older $35, children 6 to 11 $10, and children 5 and younger free. All proceeds will support pediatric cancer research, educational scholarships for NHS students, and families of children with cancer in the Nutley community and beyond.
