Ghost-to-Gobble 1-Mile, 5K, and 8K - Conway, AR
Ghost-to-Gobble is a community road race held on November 7, 2026, on the University of Central Arkansas campus at 201 Donaghey Ave, Conway, AR. The event is organized as a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit and allocates 10% of profits to UCA Living Unleashed; remaining proceeds support UCA Physical Therapy and Exercise & Sport Science programs through scholarships, research, conference attendance, and community therapy services.

New for 2026 are the 8K distance, custom trophies for 1st through 3rd overall male and female in each race, new age group awards, free photos, and a referral refund incentive (refer five friends and receive a $15 refund; friends must complete registration, maximum refunds $30). Registration is nonrefundable.
Awards include overall male and female trophies for the top three finishers in each race; overall podium finishers are excluded from age group awards. Age group categories include under 14, 15 to 24, 25 to 34, 35 to 44, 45 to 54, 55 to 64, and 65 and over.
The USATF certified 5K course passes UCA landmarks such as Estes Stadium, Reynolds Performance Hall, Harding Fountain, Old Main, and Stone Dam Creek. Wheelchairs and assistive devices are welcome; bikes and pets are not allowed. One aid station is provided with Conway Fire Department and UCA athletic training coverage.
Packet pick-up is scheduled at UCA Buffalo Alumni Hall on Wednesday, November 4 and Thursday, November 5 from 11:00 am to 6:00 pm, and on race day at the start line.
