Ghost-to-Gobble 5K and 1-Mile, Conway AR
The Ghost-to-Gobble events are scheduled for November 7, 2026, on the University of Central Arkansas campus in Conway, AR at 201 Donaghey Ave. The event is organized as a nonprofit and will allocate 10 percent of profits to UCA Living Unleashed. Remaining proceeds support UCA Physical Therapy and Exercise and Sport Science programs through scholarships, research, conference attendance, and free or low-cost therapy services.

Registration opens June 6, 2026. Tiered fees apply for the 1 Mile and 5K across June to November dates, with higher fees in later registration periods. Registration is nonrefundable. T-shirt guarantee for races requires registration by October 2.
The USATF certified 5K course passes UCA landmarks such as Estes Stadium, Reynolds Performance Hall, Harding Fountain, Old Main, and Stone Dam Creek. Wheelchairs and assistive devices are welcome. Bikes and pets are not allowed. The event lists one aid station and coverage by Conway Fire Department and UCA athletic training.
An adoption day will be held at the finish line with Greenbrier, Maumelle, and Conway animal shelters offering adoptable dogs and cats. Packet pick-up occurs at UCA Buffalo Alumni Hall on November 4 and 5 and at the start line on race day.
