Event overview
Get to the Green is scheduled for March 14, 2026 in Columbia, SC at 2307 Devine Street (zip 29204). The event is presented as the kickoff for the St. Pat's in Five Points Festival. Registration for most events includes entry into the festival, a shirt, a custom finisher's medal, and post-race refreshments. Costumes and good luck charms are welcomed.

Awards for the 5K and 10K include Overall Top 3 Male and Female and Top 3 Master Male and Female. Age-group awards for the top three males and females will be given in these categories: 75+, 70-74, 65-69, 60-64, 55-59, 50-54, 45-49, 40-44, 35-39, 30-34, 25-29, 20-24, 15-19, 11-14, and 10 and Under.
Registration, fees and packet pickup
Published entry fees are $45 for the 5K and 10K, $30 for the 1-Mile Fun Run/Walk, $20 for the Kids Mile, and $25 for the Kids 12 and under 5K. A municipality fee of $3.00 applies. The 5K and 10K prices increase after January 28, 2026. The Kids 12 and under 5K registration does not include a festival wristband; kids 12 and under do not need a ticket to enter the festival. Packet pickup is offered on Thursday and Friday at Strictly Running (2515 Devine St) and on race day at the start/finish area. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
