Colour Theme Run
Participants run or walk sandy trails at the Temiskaming Nordic Ski Club in Temiskaming Shores, ON. Colour powder stations are placed along the trail and a group warm-up is offered, led by Pound Fitness. A shirt is included with registration.

The 1 km to 5 km courses are out-and-back routes. The 10 km course is a loop. The 15 km option combines the 10 km and 5 km routes.
Participant information: strollers are welcome though trails may be challenging; leashed dogs are permitted; exercise discretion with young children near powder stations. Race bibs are used for timed results and must be worn on the front; no bib means no recorded time. The event is cup-less so participants should have a personal water bottle for water stations or the start/finish area. Gently used footwear donations are accepted for Soles4Souls Canada.
Registration pricing with shirt included: ages 13 and up 35 CAD online or 40 CAD event day; ages 5 to 12 30 CAD online or 35 CAD event day; under 4 free with shirt available for 20 CAD. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
