Germantown Half Marathon and Mayor's Cup 5K
The Germantown Half Marathon and Mayor's Cup 5K is an annual running event held in Germantown, Tennessee. The races take place at the Wolf River Nature Area (East), with the start and finish area located on Wolf River Boulevard. This event serves as a fundraiser, with 20 dollars of each registration fee supporting a local non-profit organization. In addition to the primary races, the event includes the Law Enforcement Torch Run.

The race is part of the Campbell Clinic Collection, a series of five running events in the Mid-South area. Participants who register for the full or short collection receive a custom medal holder.
