Overview

The ORRRC George Rogers Clark Park 10K Trail Race is a running event organized by the Ohio River Road Runners Club (ORRRC), an all-volunteer nonprofit club based in the Dayton, Ohio area. The event takes place at George Rogers Clark State Park in Springfield, Ohio.

Event Details

The race covers a 10 km trail distance. The event is described as one of the club's "small races." It is free for current ORRRC members and for participants aged 14 and under. For non-members aged 15 and up, the fee is $10. Members must show proof of membership on race day if not registering online. The race uses chip timing.

Registration

Pre-registration is handled online. Race day registration is also available online until approximately 15 minutes before the start, with paper forms available if needed. Participants are advised to arrive at least one hour before the race to park and register.

Awards

Awards are given for first overall male and female, first masters (over 40), first grand masters (over 50), and first seniors (over 60). Recipients of overall awards are not eligible for age group awards. Age group categories range from 10-14 up to 80 & up, with a non-competitive category for 9 and under where all finishers are winners. The event does not provide race shirts or finisher medals.
