Gemstone Sparkle Sprint 5k
The Gemstone Sparkle Sprint is a trail running and community event held on October 10, 2026, at 144 Huckleberry Hill Road in Wilton, Connecticut. The event is presented in collaboration with the Prospector Theater, CT Run Co., and Brooks. It supports the Prospectors mission to create meaningful employment opportunities for people with disabilities.
Race options and access include:
- 3.1 Miles, Trail 5K
- 1 Miles, accessible run or walk on a flat paved trail
Participant entries for the 5K include official race entry, an event T shirt, food, beverage, and entertainment, plus full access to the farm grounds, orchard, lake, and trails. The accessible run or walk also includes an event T shirt, food, beverage, entertainment, and full grounds access. A spectator ticket provides access to the grounds and the same food, beverage, and entertainment offerings.
Registration for general participant categories opens June 1, 2026. Sponsorship opportunities are available with earlier registration opening May 8, 2026, and several sponsor levels offering signage, digital recognition, and race entries at different price points.
