fisiocrem GC50 Run Festival
The fisiocrem GC50 Run Festival is a multi-day running event held on the Southern Gold Coast over 10 and 11 October 2026, marking the festival's 30th year. The programme features a range of distances on flat, scenic courses along the coastline.
Event races include:
- 50 km Ultra
- Half Marathon
- 10 km
- 5 km
- Kids Dash with 1.5 km and 3 km options
The 50 km Ultra is described as scenic and completely flat. The Half Marathon returns on a revised course with additional road closures. The Fractel 10 km is held on closed, flat roads. The Southern Cross University Community 5 km is run on Saturday evening as a fast, flat community course. The Kids Dash offers short course options for young runners on Saturday afternoon.
Additional festival elements include a Sunset Yoga session for runners on Friday 9 October and event services such as an event precinct, pacers, teams, fundraising opportunities, results and records. The festival acknowledges the Traditional Custodians of the land, the Kombumerri people of the Yugambeh language region, and includes information on travel, road closures, accommodation packages and event merchandise.
