Gavin Tipper 5k

Action Heart is a charity based in Dudley that has operated a cardiac rehabilitation program since 1978. Based at the Action Heart Centre in Russells Hall Hospital, the organization manages hundreds of patients over twelve-month programs focusing on exercise and lifestyle management.
