Galloway Township Police Foundation Valor Run 5K

This event is the 1st Annual Galloway Township Police Foundation Valor Run 5K, held in Galloway, New Jersey at 3 N New York Road. It is dedicated to honoring the service of First Responders and Veterans and to supporting community outreach initiatives. The event is organized in partnership with the Tunnel To Towers Foundation. The course is described as stroller friendly.

Events include:

5K Run
1 Mile Fun Run/Walk

The 5K includes a team competition with categories for Youth Teams (12 to 17 years), Adult Teams (18 and older), First Responder Teams, and Military and Veteran Teams. A team must have at least five members to qualify and the team winner is determined by the total of the five fastest team times.

Awards will be presented to top overall Male and Female finishers and to top Male and Female finishers in 10 year age groups. Team awards will be given to the top teams in each category. After the 5K, complimentary light refreshments and fare will be provided by Fred and Ethel's Tavern. A race sponsor is listed as DJD Lawyers.
