Galloping Gobbler - St Robert, MO
The Galloping Gobbler is a Thanksgiving Day running event held in St Robert, Missouri, marking its 16th year and hosted at the St. Robert Community Center. The event offers multiple distances and a kids dash, and supports several youth charities.

The event emphasizes accessibility and inclusion. It offers competitive adaptive divisions such as racing wheelchair, handcycle, visually impaired, and ambulatory adaptive categories. A participation adaptive division is available for athletes who wish to take part without competing for overall awards; this division can include everyday wheelchair users, athletes using walkers or other mobility devices, athletes with neurological or developmental disabilities, and athletes requiring a personal guide.
Registration details note chip timing for the 5K and 10K, technical T-shirts, finisher medals, and overall and age group awards. The 15K Challenge entry includes one shirt, one bib, and three finisher medals. T-shirts are guaranteed for registrations through November 10. Walkers are welcome and the course is stroller friendly.
Packet pickup and registration are available on race day, with friends and family able to collect packets for others. Participants are asked to bring non-perishable food items for donation to Pulaski County Homeless. The event benefits the Armed Forces YMCA, the International Order of Rainbow for girls, and the International Order of Jobes Daughters.
