Event overview
The Besties Run 5K. 10K. Half Marathon takes place on February 8, 2026 in Long Beach, California at 5400 E Ocean Blvd. The event is presented by Run Club Girls and managed by CaliFlow Runs. Course and logistics
The course runs along the Long Beach shoreline on a mostly flat beach path with a slight incline near the Belmont Pier. The route is USATF certified and uses professional chip timing. The 5K and 10K use an out-and-back of 1.55 miles; the 10K completes that loop twice. The half marathon uses an out-and-back of 2.19 miles repeated for three 4.36-mile loops. The kids run is 200 yards. Three water stations are located along the course and public restrooms are available. Parking is available near the start at 5400 E Ocean Blvd, with free street parking along Ocean Blvd and on the Peninsula and pay options via card or the Passport Parking app (Lot #9372).
