Cancellation and transfer rules are defined: refund percentages decrease by date (75% refund before 31 December 2026; 50% during January 2027; 25% during February 2027; no refund after 28 February 2027). Refunds are processed after completing the official request form and returned to the card used to pay. It is possible to request a transfer of a registration to the next edition if submitted by 22 February 2027 and supported by documentation; such a transfer cancels the current registration and is valid only for the same race distance and category with no future refund or further transfers. Changes of bib holder are permitted until 31 January 2027 by request to the organisation with the required identification and contact details. Changing distance is allowed if there are available places; moving up requires payment of the price difference, moving down does not entitle to a refund.
