Galashiels Come+Tri

Galashiels Come+Tri is part of the Live Borders Triathlon Series and takes place on 10 May 2026 at the new Galashiels Community Campus pool. The pool is a 25m, 6-lane facility and the swim will run in waves based on submitted estimated swim times. Transition will be in an adjacent area that is sealed off for event use.

Distances:

• Swim: 400m pool based (25m, 6-lane facility)
• Bike: 10k route including a climb over Windyknowe and onto the A72 to Clovenfords
• Run: 2.5k woodland trail through Gala Policies past New Gala House ruins

The pool is located close to the former Galashiels Swimming Pool and there is currently no dedicated parking at the new facility. Event-day parking will be on-street in the surrounding area and access to Livingstone Place will be restricted. Registration information shows a closing date of 26 April 2026 and an entry price listed at £30 with a service fee applied per sign-up.
