FTC HYROX SIMULATION
FTC HYROX SIMULATION is a full HYROX-format event at Laney College Football Field in Oakland, California on October 31, 2026. The event combines eight 1K runs with all eight HYROX workout stations, using HYROX Open division weights.
The sequence of run and station pairs:
- 1K run then 1K Ski Erg
- 1K run then 50 m Sled Push
- 1K run then 150 m Sled Pull
- 1K run then 80 m Burpee Broad Jump
- 1K run then 1K Row Erg
- 1K run then 200 m Farmer Carry
- 1K run then 100 m Sandbag Lunges
- 1K run then 100 Wall Balls
Heats are competitive, with up to five athletes or teams per heat and heats scheduled every ten minutes to maintain flow. Race-day judges monitor reps, standards, and transitions at each station. The event provides a hydration and recovery area and a race environment with music and an announcer. Doubles partners complete all runs together and may split station work as they choose.
The event is open to everyone without prior HYROX experience or FTC membership. Heat assignments are based on division and estimated finish time and are sent in advance; athletes are advised to arrive sufficiently early before their heat. All registrations are final and non-refundable unless Participant Registration Protection is purchased. The event proceeds rain or shine and has limited spots.
