FSTA Ramble & Run
An all ages run, walk and ramble on natural trails in the Fort Saskatchewan river valley. The event is set in the historical village behind the Fort Heritage Precinct at 10006 100 Ave, Fort Saskatchewan, AB. It is organized by the Fort Saskatchewan Trail Alliance and is held in person with free parking available. The planned duration is two hours.
Participants can choose from the following options:
- 5 km run on natural trails
- 3 km walk on natural trails
All participants receive a cookie medal. Prize categories include youngest, oldest, brightest shoes, and silliest hat. The event proceeds rain or shine. Trails are uneven and narrow in places and are not designed to accommodate strollers. Organizers ask that participants leave four-legged friends at home.
