Frysman

Frysman is a challenging triathlon event held in the picturesque region of Gaasterland, Friesland. Participants tackle a 3.8 km swim in the IJsselmeer, followed by a 180 km bike ride through scenic landscapes, and conclude with a marathon that includes six climbs at Reaklif. The event celebrates endurance and camaraderie, with a festive atmosphere at the finish line, where athletes are welcomed as champions.
