Event
The Frosty 5K takes place on Saturday, December 6, 2025, in Frisco, Texas. The race is presented by Texas Health Hospital Frisco and routes runners through Frisco Square and the downtown area as part of the city’s Merry Main Street activities. Registration is limited to the first 1,200 entries and online registration closes on December 6, 2025.
Logistics and policies
Entry fee listed is $35. Online registration only; a $5 late fee applies for day-of registration. No refunds will be given, and in the case of forced cancellation all registrations will be converted to virtual participants. Five dollars of each registration supports Play Frisco's Play Fund.
All participants receive a long-sleeve shirt and a finisher medal included in the race packet; shirt sizes cannot be exchanged. The first 500 packet pick-ups receive a commemorative 20th Anniversary Frosty 5K snow globe ornament. Packet pick up is at the Frisco Athletic Center on Dec. 3 and Dec. 4. Free parking is available in the Page St. garage. Dogs are discouraged but may participate on a leash with up-to-date vaccinations; runners with dogs will start at the rear of the pack. Awards are given to the top three males and females in each listed age division plus overall and masters categories. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
