Event Overview
The Frosty 5K is a festive running event held in Frisco, Texas. The course takes participants through Frisco Square and the downtown area. This event serves as a lead-in to the city's annual Merry Main Street festivities. Participation is limited to the first 1,200 registered runners.

Registration is conducted exclusively online. If the event is canceled due to inclement weather or other forced circumstances, registrations are converted to a virtual format as no refunds are provided. While dogs are discouraged, they may participate if they are leashed and vaccinated; runners with dogs are required to start at the rear of the pack.
Amenities and Awards
Participants receive a long-sleeve shirt and a finisher medal, which are provided during packet pick-up. Awards are presented to the overall male and female winners, masters male and female winners, and the top three finishers in several age divisions ranging from 9 and under to 70 and over. An award is also given to the largest team.
Logistics
Free parking is located in the Page St. garage. Packet pick-up is held at the Frisco Athletic Center on the Wednesday and Thursday prior to the race. A portion of each registration fee benefits the Play Fund, which provides need-based grants for residents to access local recreational programs and memberships.
