Tactical Obstacle Course in Byron
Frontline OCR is an obstacle course racing event held at the Byron Motosports Park in Illinois. Organized by a non-profit foundation, the event serves as a tribute to military personnel, veterans, and first responders. The course features purpose-built obstacles designed to mirror the physical and mental intensity required in the line of duty.
Participants can choose from several event categories and distances. Options include competitive and non-competitive waves, as well as specialized divisions for individual and team registration. The event structure includes:
- 10 km Elite and Competitive waves
- 10 km Non-competitive and Open waves
- 5 km Open wave
- Endurance division
- Ruck division
- Kid's Course for ages 5-13
The event accommodates various group sizes with team registration options for sets of 5, 10, or 20 participants. These teams can participate in the 5 km, 10 km, or Ruck formats.
