Front Royal Kiwanis 5K
The event is a measured 5k (3.1 miles) run/walk that starts and finishes at the Warren County Health & Human Services Complex, the former 15th Street School, in Front Royal, Virginia. The route is on paved roads through the northwestern part of Front Royal and across the grounds of Randolph-Macon Academy.
The course profile is described as: mile 1 downhill or flat, mile 2 mostly uphill, and the final 1.1 miles rolling. Race-day check-in and registration take place in the east parking lot.
Entry fee is $15 without a t-shirt and $20 on race day. A pre-ordered t-shirt can be added for $14, making a $29 total when ordered by April 28. There is a $1.00 discount for Kiwanis or SVR. Regular registration runs from January 14, 2026 through May 15, 2026.
Awards are presented to the top three men and top three women overall, plus the top three finishers in each of the listed age groups: 14 & under, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, and 60 & over.
